Worklaw Managing Director/Founder of 19 years Ian Gidlow, is a qualified Lawyer, certified Workplace Health & Safety Officer (WHSO) and works in all facets of the business, including auditing, training, assessment, OHS Management Systems integration (OHSMS-AS4801) and review, consulting to Industry Associations and other business on a permanent, ongoing basis and Risk Management Training.
	General Manager, Kylie Wessling  manages business operations, accounts and client services, conducts auditing, training, on-site safety services, assessment, documentation, OHS Management Systems integration (OHSMS-AS4801) and review.  Kylie has worked in all facets of the business since 1997.  Previous qualifications and experience include Education Degree, Workplace Health & Safety Officer certification (WHSO), business development, management, marketing and client services in the private sector.
	Administration Manager, Wendy Woodrow runs our busy national office, providing administrative support to our team, including documentation, accounts management, client programme maintenance, travel bookings, orders and file management.  Wendy assists clients to complete Accreditation Criteria and produces documentation such as Policy & Procedure Manuals, Reports and Safety Plans.  Wendy has worked with us in this role since 2001. Previous experience includes paralegal work and State Sales Management.
	Senior Consultant Stacey Gidlow holds a Degree in Behavioural Science (HR/OHS), is a certified Workplace Health & Safety Officer (WHSO) and specialises in OHS Management Systems OHSMS implementation (AS4801) and Recruitment.  Stacey's previous experience includes extensive OHS/HR/Recruitment across a wide variety of Industries including mining Industry. Stacey works in all facets of the business and manages the Recruitment arm of our business assisting clients with HR/OHS implementation including the recruitment of suitable temporary placement staff and permanent in-house employees. 	Senior Consultant Robbie Wessling  holds a Communications Degree, is a certified Workplace Health & Safety Officer (WHSO), Auditor and conducts on site services including auditing, risk assessment and other documentation, compliance referencing, reporting and is certified and licensed to deliver OHS Management Systems integration and auditing (OHSMS - AS 4801), Asbestos auditing, sampling, reporting and removal.  Robbie has worked with us in this role since 2003 and provides consulting services to permanent ongoing contracts and has implemented safety systems on short and long term placements with multinational and local companies.
	Consultant Kevin Freeman joined our team in January 2008 and conducts on-site Safety Officer services, Auditing, Risk Assessment and other documentation,  compliance referencing, reporting, safety systems implementation, monitoring and review.  Kevin is a certified Workplace Health & Safety Officer (WHSO) and has 8 years extensive Safety Advisor experience in the major infrastructure and Construction Industry.
	Consultant, Maurie Unwin  began working with us in 2002.  Maurie is a certified Workplace Health & Safety Officer (WHSO) with many years experience in our core business, particularly our EVENT-Safe, PARK-Safe and AM-Safe programmes and provides auditing, reporting, assessment and review.
	Contract Consultant, Peter Butt, with his many years of experience as a QWHS Senior Inspector and Engineering qualification, assists our firm to provide appropriate Risk Management advice to those clients with plant and machinery requiring specialist advice in that area.  Peter also conducts auditing and reporting services outside of Queensland and has worked with us since 2003.
	Contract Consultants, Peter and Alison Huth, have many years of experience as Caravan Park Operators and Safety Officer qualifications.  They assist our firm to carry out our Industry Specific Caravan Park Auditing service nationally and have worked with us since 2004.
