Once you have a safety programme in place, we can assist you to maintain it.

• We will ensure you stay abreast of current developments, legislative changes and that your safety programme has appropriate annual goals, objectives and milestones.

• We can work with you and assist your safety personnel on an annual or regular (say quarterly) basis.  This provides invaluable resources to your employee, external auditing and reporting and maintains momentum and direction of your programme.

In order to start and maintain a suitable and effective Occupational Health & Safety Programme, many Organisations invest a considerable amount of time, training, specific resources and money when employing internal safety staff only to find that the employee moves on, invariably leaving the Organisation to start the process again. 

A new employee must then familiarise themselves with the activities and work completed to date, and often may begin again in their own way or steer the safety programme in another direction.

By using our external auditing and safety consulting 'Programme Maintenance' services, your programme won't be left by the wayside, or for another employee to wade through.  There will be agreed goals based on a Gap Analysis, Milestones, delegated tasks and close-out records.

This service is provided on monthly or quarterly retainer basis to assist you to spread the cost over the year and under normal circumstances costs around $850.00 per month.
