EVENT-Safe Programme
Our EVENT-Safe programme provides on-site Event Safety Officer services to the Exhibition & Events Industry throughout Australia.  

We have developed National 'Best Practice' Risk Management Standards which we implement with Organisers, Exhibitors and Contractors for the Events we cover.


ON-SITE

We act on behalf of the Organiser as Event Safety Officer / WHSO and attend throughout the period of lease (including construction and dismantling) to monitor the activities of all workers on site and ensure the Organiser is protected to the extent possible. 

We actively inspect and monitor the work practices of all persons on site and assist Exhibitors to risk manage their displays to limit exposure to injury by members of the public. 


PRE & POST EVENT

Our EVENT-Safe service includes any preliminary advice, review of Site Rules, Stand designs and Floor Plans and any post event debrief requirements, such as event report.

We also attend 'pre' and 'post' event meetings with key stakeholders where required, to ensure smooth running of the event with regard to risk management requirements across all areas from event construction, catering, materials handling and logistics, to public safety, contractor and exhibitor induction, fire and emergency provisions and any other matter.

Insurance premiums may be reduced in some instances where an Organiser/Principal Contractor can evidence that they are participating in an ongoing risk management programme.
